1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Bank/payment provider processing may take additional time depending on the payment method used.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure, if eligible.
Please note that made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
9. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
