1. Order Processing

Most Zerjama products are handmade or made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Singapore

  • Malaysia

  • European Union countries

  • Other eligible international destinations

If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

India

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days

  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on customs processing, local courier services, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT/GST

  • Brokerage fees

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Zerjama is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Customers may track their shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

7. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. While we will assist in resolving delivery problems, Zerjama cannot guarantee courier performance or delivery timelines.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, multiple items within an order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, production schedules, or fulfillment locations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries, regions, or locations where shipping services are unavailable or restricted by law.
